Insightnix is operated by Isodev Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office in Manchester, United Kingdom. Isodev Limited is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

You can browse the public dashboards without providing any personal information. We collect personal information only when you choose to submit it:

• Data Services enquiries: name, email address, company name and size, company address and country, your message, and the service configuration you selected.
• Dashboard suggestions: name, email address, and the details of your suggestion.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Technical data: our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and operational purposes.

• Responding to enquiries and providing quotes: our legitimate interest in operating the business, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
• Reviewing dashboard suggestions: our legitimate interest in developing the platform.
• Sending the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
• Security and operations: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and functioning.
• Legal compliance: where we are required to keep or disclose information by law.

We do not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or send marketing you have not signed up for.

• Enquiries: kept while we handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, then for a reasonable period for record-keeping, typically no longer than 24 months after last contact unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, after which your address is removed from the mailing list.
• Server logs: retained for a short operational period in line with our hosting provider's practices.
